The Iraqi National Journal of Earth Science (INJES) is one of the Iraqi Academic Scientific Journals (IASJ). Published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), the journal has been issued quarterly by the College of Science, University of Mosul, Iraq, since January 2002, with the support of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It is part of the University of Mosul journal group and does not receive financial support from any non-governmental organization. The journal focuses primarily on the geology of Iraq and the Middle East; however, it also welcomes manuscripts related to geological studies from all regions of the world.
